Sun Prairie Ladder 2

Madison, WI

TML9 is a 106ft platform

Built on a Spartan Gladiator chassis

The bucket can hold 1000lbs but only 500 when they are flowing water.

The striping is actually black and red, but the camera flash makes it look silver.

All ground ladders and extra hose are kept in compartments from the elements.

The truck isn't in service yet and many of the compartments are being organized now.

Not only is there a backup camera on the back of the truck, there is a "blind spot" camera for the driver to see his blind spot on the passenger side.

No cords for the air horn on the officer seat (driver has one) and a button for the bell.

The TV for the camera on the truck.

A view from the backup camera.

All compartments have LED lighting inside.

The Town of Madison Fire Department was awarded a FEMA Firefighters Assistance grant in the amount of $635,000.
Bid was awarded to Rosenbauer America - General Safety Division (Wyoming, MN) through their dealer, Pete Jefferson of Jefferson Fire & Safety (Middleton, WI).
